I want to use Business Contact Manager for a telemarketing campaign. I intend to record details of conversations I have in the history of each Opportunity / Account. How do I print a total of all calls made between certain dates for all contacts within Business Contact Manager?

I came here to ask two questions. That was one of them! I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

I does not give daily totals like this. BCM is a good,
yet basic contact manager. ACT does this type of tallies.

BCM doesn't have a built-in report for that. One possible approach would be
to use Microsoft Access to link to the BCM database and develop additional
queries and reports there. This is one of the projects on my to-do list, but
I don't have any complete how-to to offer yet.
