Business Contact Manager

I recently upgraded to Windows XP and Office 2003.
Unfortunately, I have tried to install the Business
Contact Manager, but it says that I need a computer with
400 mhz and 128 Ram. My computer says it's 399 mhz and
128 Ram. Is ONE mhz preventing me from installing this
software? There has to be a way without have to upgrade
my computer.
