I don't see a discussion group for Contact Manager. Here is my question

How do I open multiple databases in business contact manager at the same time?

also please consider this scenerio:

If a person has multiple businesses and the contacts are of a different type
/ category how could these be structured to be separated but allow email
attach, send Email and other contact type functionality within outlook and
the contact management system.

Any help or direction to a help group is greatly appreciated!
