Button Doesn't Work

All of a sudden, when I press the 'Customize Outlook
Today' button nothing happens. I can not get to the
options to change the appearance of Outlook Today. I am
running Office 2000 Professional SR-1. Has this occurred
to anyone else? Thanks.
