Buttons wrong language

Hi my search buttons on the right of the address cards are a different
language, how do I fix. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no joy. There
is a tab at the bottom that I can change to western which temparily fixes it.
But I want English to be the default. No FAQ is about to help.
