My daughter has the Student edition of Office 2003, which doesn't include
Picture Manager. Can I license Picture Manager for her somehow?

Hi Kathy,

MS Office Picture Manager should be included but may not have been installed. From Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel
choose Microsoft Office 2003 and click [Change] then use Add/Remove Features to set Picture Manager as a Shared Feature to 'run from
my computer' status.
