Bypassing Exchange for Outgoing Mail

I have a problem with my SMTP service -- while I fix
that, I want to have all outgoing mail to be sent through
the ISP for our DSL. Is there a way to do this?

Create an account using the SMTP and choose it from Accounts before sending.
You can't force all mail out on the SMTP - although if you can connect to
exchange using IMAP, create a new profile using IMAP to exchange and use the
ISP SMTP for outgoing mail.
