We have a Citrix based domain running Windows 2000. I have user that
cannot use her spell checker in Outlook 2002. When she tries to do a
Spell Check, we get theerror "An error occurred while doing the spell
check" or something similar. Most of the troubleshooting tips I have
seen suggest to reinstall Office, but as there are plenty of other
users running sessions on that Citrix server without this problem, I
cannot see this helping. I also deleted her profile and got her to log
on again to recreate the folder, but still not joy.

Any ideas?
