I am running in "Cached Exchange Mode" and I have to
continuously click send/receive before it synchronizes my
local copy with the server. It otherwise does not seem
to sense that the local and server copies are out of
synch. In one microsoft document, it suggested that I go
to 'File' and click 'Cached Exchange Mode' and then
click 'Full Message.' When I go to 'File,' Cached
Exchange Mode is not one of the options. (Note that
the "Use Cached Exchange Mode" has a check beside it in
the-Mail accounts page. (Tools-->e-mail accounts-->View
or change existing e-mail account-->Change-->Use Cached
Exchange Mode).
Once I get the local copy in-synch (by repeatedly
clicking send/receive), the online/offline functions work
perfectly. Why does the proper synchronization occur
without my intervention when I am in "Connectec" mode?
