I have a Outlook 2003 client running in cached mode. For some reason, it
appears that the synchonization btw the OST and the Exchange 2003 server is
not happening automatically. In order to get his mails he needs to click on
the Send/Receive button. What bugs me is that I have enabled "In Cached
Excahnge, make Send/Recive F9 null operation" with a GPO so when users click
on Send/receive it does nothing.
As you can see I have 2 issues here,
1) OST and Exchange are not synchonizing automatically.
2) the GPO setting is not working as advertise evidenced by the fact he hits
F9 and got all his emails.
Any input will be greatly appreciated,
thanks
