caculate workdays

I am new to this and I need anyone's help. I have three
columns. In this example column one has a date of
02/23/05, column two has a date of 03/01/05. I need to
have column three automatically fill in the total number
of workdays minus the weekend dates as well as any
holidays. In this example the total number to be filled in
column three would be 3. Any suggestion would be helpful.

Benny,

You will need to do this in a calculated field in a Query. For the
calculation, you will need to use a User-Defined Function, which you
will need to write in a standard module. Examples of such functions are
