Calculate age based on today's date

I'm looking for a formula to be able to calculate a list of employee's ages
based on today's date.

i'll try that again
=DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"y") & " years, " & DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"ym") & " months, " &
DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"md") & " days"

with the person's birthdate in A1.
