Calculate change over time

Hello Everyone,

I need to calculate % change between data sets. I need to run a data set
each day and calculate the change of the data set and chart the top 20
increases and decreases in percentage change over time.

I need guidance to get started. Do you think I need to create a pivot table
or attempt to create some formula for trend analysis?
