Calculated custom field values does not update in project web acce

I created an enterprise custom field (number) to display "% planned
completion" using a formula that displays 100 if baseline finish is less than
current date, 0 if baseline start is greater than current date, and the
percentage of days lapsed over baseline duration. I included this field in a
view in the project web access. The formula works and the values are correct
once published but values in the Project Web Access are not updated
automatically. Is there a setting that will allow automatic recalculation in
the project web access?
