Calculation resource utilization / assignement (%)

Hello,

Please consider the following:

One task is set to work for 20 hrs. The duration is set for 2 weeks (80
hrs). How can I calculate how many % (answer: 25%) of this resource's time
will be spent on this task over the 2 week period ?

Hi,

Why would you calculate that? Project does it for you.
Assign the resource to the task
Gantt Chart, Window menu, Split
In the foem below
set task type to fixed duration
fill in the right diuration
fillin the amount of work
Click OK
