Calendar Entry: The Operation Failed. An Object could not be found

We have a website that will add an entry into your Outlook Calendar (by way of a vcal file). However when I have tried to add an entry in this manner I get the following error message

The Operation Failed. An Object could not be foun

At first I get the download option box, i.e. to open/save etc. Open should take you to your Outlook but I get the error. It seems to work for some of my colleagues, but not all. The only way I get it to add the entry is by double-clicking the vcal file having saved it locally
I am using Outlook 2002 SP1, with Exchange mailbox rather than a Personal Folder
It makes no difference if you have admin rights

Any help gratefully received. Ian.
