Calendar events: scheduling does not work

Hi,

I'm seeing that is not possible from Entourage to see the availability of invited people when I create an event in the calendar. All invited people show a gray availability, which means 'no information'.

When my colleagues do the same in the Outlook calendar, they can see the invited people availability without restrictions.

Any idea ? Is it supported at all ?

Go to Tools --> Accounts... and double-click your Exchange account.

Verify that you have the correct Public folders server address under the
Advanced tab. This address is not always the same as your Exchange
Server address.
