Entourage Calendar Events reverting

Hi all,
One of my supported Mac users is having an issue where calendar events that he has invited people to, or that he has been invited to, will revert back to the original date and time after being rescheduled. The change initially will show correct, but overnight it changes back. It does this with all multiple person invites. He has not reported to me if it has happened to none attendee events.

OWA sees the correct, modified date and time always, as does his iPod touch. But the Entourage 2008 client on his Mac Pro and MacBook Pro both revert overnight.

I tried clearing the cache for the Exchange calendar, then I tried archiving and removing the MS User folder from both Macs (after cache clearing failed) and removing the prefs files.. recreated the user account on the Mac Pro while the MacBook Pro was not in use, but this also did not fix the issue.

Any help out there on this problem?

One of my supported Mac users is having an issue where calendar
events that he has invited people to, or that he has been invited to,
will revert back to the original date and time after being
rescheduled. The change initially will show correct, but overnight it
changes back. It does this with all multiple person invites. He has
not reported to me if it has happened to none attendee events.

OWA sees the correct, modified date and time always, as does his iPod
touch. But the Entourage 2008 client on his Mac Pro and MacBook Pro
both revert overnight.

I tried clearing the cache for the Exchange calendar, then I tried

account on the Mac Pro while the MacBook Pro was not in use, but this

If clearing the cache doesn't work or doesn't resolve the issue then he
either has corruption in his Entourage Database or with his Exchange
account.

Use Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... to create a new identity (new
Database) and set up his account again. See if the problem persists.

If this doesn't clear the problem then Entourage is not the cause. You
may need to create a new Exchange account for the user. Test that. If it
resolves the issue then slowly migrate his data over, verifying the
problem isn't coming back after copy certain messages.

Hope this helps!
