Today some users on my network complained that they could
not find appointments they had scheduled in their Outlook
(2002 w/Exchange 2000) calendars. However, despite nothing
showing in the appointments view the day itself is bold as
if there is an appointment scheduled. None of these users
has filtering turned on by the way. When I search for the
object in question using 'Find' the item shows up in the
list and can be double-clicked for editing. When opened I
see that the time has been changed, and both the start and
end time are set exactly the same. With the appointment
set to 0 minutes long no wonder they are not showing up in
the calendar views. I have had too many complaints from
different users to consider it user error. I cannot seem
to find any information on this issue. Has anyone seen
this before? Thanks in advance.
