What version Publisher? You should be able to select just a single cell by
highlighting the number and dragging a bit. If this doesn't work for you, put
the cursor in the cell, table menu, select cell.
Move your cursor to the left side of your selected cell, an arrow appears,
click. You should be able to select the cell by placing the cursor, table menu,
select cell.
