Calendars - How to remove or delete them

Howdy,
I have made a bit of a mess creating and updating calendars to my MS
Project. Now that I understand them better, I'd like to get rid of some. How
do I do that?

What is the difference between modifying one of the base calendars and
creating a new one based on the base calendar?

Hi,

go to 'Tools\Organiser' and select the calendars tab. There you will see
the calendars in your project, and can then delete them. Make sure you don't
try deleting the ones from the Global file, which is often listed as the left
hand side frame. Check the drop down box underneath the list of calendars to
make sure you have the correct list of calendars to modify.
