We share calendars with Outlook 2003 using Exchange 5.5
and have problems with duplication and misidentified
calendars. In each user's Exchange properties I have
given access to calendars of key people. Those calendars
show up on the left in under the lists of "My Calendars"
and "Other Calendars" with check boxes for the user to
select if they want to view that calendar. One users
calendar shows up in an odd duplicate way. There are
differences between the duplicate calendars -
appointments showing on one that are not on the other.
This started a few days ago - the second calendar shows
up for the user Brad. It isn't just a duplicate, because
it has most of the entries of the main calendar and it
has extra entries that the correct calendar doesn't
have. I'm also told that some calendars are mislabeled
for the wrong person.
Any ideas?
The way this is setup - I have shared the inbox and
calendars for particular users. They are set up to
receive everything to their inbox.
