Callouts moving when printed

I have a word document that is used for documenting our
new order system. However, when I print the document,
the callouts move their location a little. It is enough
so it doesn't point to the field it is describing. This
makes it difficult for new people to follow. How can I
get them to print in the exact location they are on the
screen. If I go to print preview they move there as well.
