Can´t save an excel 2000 file, it saves a temporary file

Hello

I have a file on excel 2000, which is on a server 2003 R2 x64, when i
try to save it after changes, a message appears telling me that is
impossible to save it, That will save a temporary file i.e. ´C2F44000
´, since i can rename it is very frustrating this issue.

I have verified permissions and security on that folder, and
everything seems ok. Anything mus be checked as well?
