can access exchange with outlook only as administrator

hello
on one of my pcs in the network the user can access outlook only as
administrator. i have reinstalled outlook but no difference. there must be a
registry defect. can anybody help?

Are you sure this is the PC? Have you modified anything on the Exchange box?
