Can distribution list with phone numbers be printed?

How do I get a printout of members of a distribution group to include phone
numbers and addresses as well as e-mail addresses?

If I can get such a list, can it be e-mailed?

The purpose of a Distribution list is to create a group of email addresses
so you can send electronic messages to multiple recipients. Accordingly, it
does not contain addresses and phone numbers. There is no reason for it to.

I understand the purpose of a distribution list re e-mails. However, i have
included other contact info for each member of the group, and I wanted the
other members of the group to have the complete list. I did find a way to
print it: on the main Contacts list, I ctrl-clicked each name that was in the
desired group. Then I did File, Print, Only selected items. I got what I
wanted. Now I wonder if there's a way to e-mail that list to the others in
the group.

Could you try Print to file and then send them the new Word document you
just made?

Otherwise, could you send them the Contacts rather than a printout? Or
don't they all have Outlook?

Clarify what you want to email. The Distribution List or the printout you
created?

Mail merge to catalog format would be a better way of producing a single
readable document.
