Hi. My business has an email address that I and my employees use to send
email to customers. I want all replies to these emails to come ONLY to me.
I've set up Outlook for each of my employees to use my ISP's SMTP server but
Outlook doesn't seem able to accept an outgoing mail server without an
incoming mail server. Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this?

Thanks!

On any e-mail account, you can set a different e-mail address for replies.
Under the account settings for the e-mail address, go under "More Settings"
and update the "Reply to" field to correspond with an e-mail address that
goes specifically to you.

Does that help?

I'd rather not mix this mail with my own email...but you've given me an
idea. I'll create a third email address specifically to receive these
replies and then set up that account in my copy of Outlook only.

Thanks!

You're welcome. Good luck!
