can email some addresses but not others (yahoo,earthlink)

How do I make outlook 2003 let me email to anybodyI want?

Could it be that your ISPs mail server is blacklisted by Earthlink and
others?

I don't think so, when I was using outlook express I never had a problem.
It's when I started using outlook 2003 that I couldn't email to several
different email servers

Sounds like you're not properly authentication to the outgoing server.
