Assuming that you are using Windows XP (though you could be using 2000
or 2003), you would add fonts via the Windows Fonts folder.

1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Fonts
2. The go to File > Install New Font
3. Browse to the location of your fonts and be sure to select "Copy
fonts to Fonts folder" if not already selected.
4. Click "OK"

Now your fonts will be installed in the Windows Fonts folder. These
fonts should then appear in the Publisher font list.

Browse to the OS directory, Windows or WinNT, and locate the Fonts folder.
Add the font file to that folder.

Sorry David, but your post didn't appear when I replied. Sorry for
duplicating. Not sure why that happened.
