Can I auto 'mark to download' when moving emails to new folders?

Hi,

When moving emails from inbox to other folders, the full message doesnt
download unless i go into each folder, select all messages, right click and
select mark to download. i've got a lot of folders and it takes a long time
to do this for each folder so i dont want to do it on a regular basis, but
that seems to be the only way to download the full message so the contents
can be found by desktop search.

Any ideas?

thanks

Do you have your Send/Receive group configured to download the entire
message instead of just the headers?

Hi Brian,

thanks for the reply. i believe i have this set - i have gone to tools, send
recieve, send recieve settings, define send/recieve groups, selected all
accounts, then clicked on 'download complete items including attachments for
subscried folders' - is that what you mean?

Yes. If that is set, I don't know why you'd get an indication that the body
was not downloaded. What type of account are you using?
