Can I change a PDF to a Publisher File to make changes?

To all the responder, I wonder who is the original poster of this message,
and if finally this person was able to do the work or not. I have converted
PDF documents in Word, what is a picture in PDF will be a picture in Word,
what is a text will be text into Word it is that simple. And yes again, it
is possible to convert PDF documents into Word documents and still have a
good formatting. Use version 6 of Adobe Acrobat (full version). Keep in
mind that Adobe Acrobat is not a word processing software but a destop
publishing/presentation software for either on line or print publication.

Hey, maybe with you, but not with me. It depens how your original formatted.
I do not have problems converting PDF files to Word documents.

The link describes Acrobat 6 features, not 5. I have Acrobat 5. Either I
was cheated or what you describe (save as .doc) is a figment of your
imagination. The only Save As non-image choices are .rtf and .txt.
Neither one exports a suitable file if images or ads are on the page.
