can I change a tif image to a jpeg?

I scanned some pictures and they are now tif images. I need them to be jpeg
so I can upload them to snapfish. Is it possible and how?

If you have a lot pictures in tif format, the easiest thing to to search
trough the internet for a freeware program who can do that (search like: free
tiff jpg converter)

I'm not exactly sure why you're posting in the PowerPoint newsgroup, as this
doesn't seem to have anything to do with PowerPoint, but the answer is that
you need some image editing software. Irfanview is free and will do a good
