Can I change the way contact info is shown?

I want to change the way my contact info is displayed.

- When entering new contact info, I always want to see both home and
business address info.

- When the summary info is shown, I don't want to see all phone numbers, but
I do want to see all emails.

So, is it possible to customize my contact info the way I want?
