Can I create a distribution list and include ALL contacts?

Too many contacts to add one-at-a-time. Any way to "select all" and add them
all in one shot?

You can select them all with a Shift > Click.
Sounds like a really bad idea, though. That DL won't last very long, if it
will even work.
