Can I customize Alarm to give fewer choices: 1hr, 1day, 1week?

Calendar Alarm keeps coming up with a choice of small increments, 5 mins, 15,
mins, etc, and I have to scroll down all the time. Can I delete all these
extra times that I never use? Thank you.

As far as I know, you can't modify that dialog

You can use shortcuts when setting appointments - 15m converts to 15 minutes
for you. The reminder snooze doesn't convert these shortcuts but they also
work - it doesn't convert 1d to 1 day when you tab out which can make you
think it won't work, but it does.
