Outlook Connector Bug - Flagged Messages & Reminders

[Note, if there is another newsgroup for Outlook Connecter issues, please
let me know. I couldn't find one in the list.]

I have asked about this before under the context of reminders that keep
coming back, where the /cleanreminders switch doesn't help.

I think I have now further traced this to a problem with the Outlook
Connector, as the only reminders that won't go away are alarms on flagged
messages, where those messages are in an MS Live account linked and set in
Outlook via the Outlook Connecter. All of these messages are messages that I
sent, setting the flag and an alarm/reminder when I sent the message, though
I don't know if that part matters.

Somehow, these flagged messages lose their flag, but not their alarm. The
alarm will keep recurring forever.

If this doesn't happen for everyone, I have the following configuration that
will not be universal, but I'm sure others have it too:

1. I access both a Live account via the Outlook Connector and an Exchange
Server account.
2. I use both a laptop and a desktop computer, both of which access the same
accounts (Live and Exchange).

I also notice that if I right click on one of these messages that has an
alarm set, but no longer has a flag, select Follow Up | Add Reminder (or
Custom), then remove the alarm and reset the flag, the alarm properly goes
away, the flag appears on the message, but it is not added to the To Do
list, as it should be and as it is on any new message.

I hope someone can either tell me of a fix or get this bug report to MS so
they can fix this. It's extremely frustrating to have a hundred reminders I
can't clear. It effectively makes the reminders useless, as I have no choice
but to Dismiss All every time the window appears, or I'd have to go through
a hundred each time (and growing).

Thanks for any help,
Colin
