Can I do This in Outlook

Have downloaded and installed the trial version of OL 2007. I would like to
use Outlook but several things are holdiing me up.

Can I install multiple SMTP servers per IMAP account?

Failing that can I install an SMTP server without a pop/imap server?

Failing either of those two things can I direct sent mail from an SMTP
server associated with one IMAP account to the Sent folder on another IMAP
account? I'm sure I can do it with a rule, but I'd prefer some other way.

I was really hoping OL 2007 greatly improved IMAP support, but I am so far
disappointed.
