can i download office 2003 to desktop and laptop?

I was able to download office student and teacher 2003 to my new desktop but
i was not able to download to my new laptop? It starts the download and it
looks like it freezes up toward to end of the download. on the packaging it
states able to download on upto 3 computers? what am i doing wrong?
