Can I group mail recipients?

I send emails to the same group of people constantly. In
Lotus Notes I used to be able to create a 'group'
containing these email addresses so I only had to enter
the group name in the 'To' field of my email.
Is there a way to do this in Outlook?
I use Outlook 2002 by the way on Windows XP.
Thanks!

While in the Contacts folder, click File | New | Distribution List and
then add your e-mail addresses there. You can then choose that list
when addressing a new message. Note that this won't hide the e-mail
addresses from the recipients -- on their end, it will look like you
entered all the addresses separately.
