Can I have a calendar set as my desktop wallpaper, where I can al.

I am trying to see if I can have a monthly calendar set as my desktop
wallpaper. At the same time I would like to be able to enter in appointments,
meetings, etc. I was trying to use paint but it just wasn't working out the
way I wanted.
