Can I install Microsoft Office 2007 into more than one PC? Or can I install
Microsoft Office 2007 into one PC, but install it many times? Because
sometime if my PC have problem, and I need to prepare it and I lose my
Microsoft Office 2007 program, can I install it again?

You can certainly re-install on one machine as many times as you like:
whether you can install on more than one machine depends ENTIRELY on what
version you bought, and what your EULA says.
