Can I install Office XP Standard for Students on two computers?

I have a computer and installed Microsoft Office Xp Standard for Students and
Teachers. I now have a laptop and tryed to intalled the above mentioned
program; everything was installed okay but I can't activate it. Am I only
entitled to install the program only on one computer?
