I'm buying a new computer with Windows XP Home Edition. Can I load my copy
of Office 97 to that operating system?

Thanks,

Yes, but only if it is a "retail version" and you do not have the
same copy installed on another computer. You would be much better
off installing the new version, Office 2003.
