Can I make an attachment read only?

I want to send out a message with an attachment.
I just want my recipient to read the attachment only; do
not want them to copy any thing from it. What should I do?
Please help. Thanks.

This is not possible to do. If you give a determined user access to a file,
he will be able to get around any sort of anti-copying setup you have set.
