can I open serif pageplus docs in Publisher?

I have some documents given to me created in serif pageplus. I don't have
this software I do however have MS Publisher. Can I open them (ext=.ppp) in
publisher?

Try downloading Serif PagePlus SE from www.freeserifsoftware.com
That might open the files.
