Can I print out my Outlook Address Book?

I'd like to either print out my address book or be able to back i up somehow.
I've lost it 3x when computers crashed in the past. Any ideas?

There is no address book in Outlook. The address book is simply a dynamic
view of the electronic addresses in your Contacts Folder.
You can print that.
The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
