How can I protect power point doucment discretely preventing others to copy
and paste presentation and inserinv it as file?

You can password protect it if you have PowerPoint 2002 or 2003. With older
versions try this.

Save your presentation (the one you want to protect) as a PowerPoint Show
(.pps). Open a New presentation. Insert the .pps file you saved previously,
as an object (Insert > Object > From File). Resize the image you just
inserted to cover the screen. Save the new presentation your just created as
a PowerPoint Show (.pps).

What Sandy said.
There are some other ways though, like converting it into .exe. Using
PowerPoint 2000 and below, you can also embed the presentation into MS Word
and Excel. Check this

This is brilliant! I tried it but only the first slide was inserted. I need
the whole presetnation inserted. I may ask as well how can I prevent others
stealing my boss' brain?

Once you have inserted, you will need to click using your mouse to enter the
pps. After that, you can just use they enter or space key on your keyboard.
