Can I put my copy of 2003 on my laptop at no charge?

I have an OEM copy on a stand alone PC. Would I have to purchase a
seperate licence for my laptop ?

OEM copies of MS Office are licensed to the machine they're
sold with/actived on and are generally not transferable to
a 2nd machine.
