Can I Recolor Shadows in Publisher 2003?

In Publisher 2003 can you recolor the Shadows around pictures/text box? I was
able to do so in our previous version 2000

And if so PLEASE let me know how!!!

Right-click any toolbar, click shadow settings. Select your object... there you go.
