Can I recover a deleted distribution list?

I accidentally deleted a 200 name distribution list. It does not appear to be
in the deleted file. Can I find it and recover it somehow? Thanks 1,00,000.

it should be in the deleted items folder in Outlook. if you emptied that
folder or held shift as you deleted it, it's gone.
